Ink drawings, made in Oman:

"The art of drawing is the mother of all fine arts". Already with the first lines the magic begins..

Especially "the art of omission" makes a pen-drawing exciting.

The drawings, as you see here, are washed ink-drawings, here and there lifted up with white and color (aquarelle). The paper I use, is very special, and comes from Nepal. It is handmade with small pieces of mica and silver in it. It gives an extra dimension, the more so as the subject of Oman is fairy-like.
